With more than 15years production experience, VDT has ability to produce from cable assembling to whole product.
The factory is totally follow ISO9001-2015, TS16949, ESD, IPC-A-610. 5S directive and regulation. The production facility are with 1000sq matters 10k grade clean room, and 200sq 1K grade super clean room. 5 Semi auto production line.
The factory is equip with electronic Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and all the on line production and QC information is real time collected and recorded and proceed. In connection with ERP system the whole company is fully intelligent.
The production is also equip with all kinds of optical and auto testing equipment as well as massive production equipment. Now VDT is head to Industry 4.0 and launch fully automatic aessemble line.
Pursue excellent quality is our endeavoring target, With the help of VDT knowledge management System electronics SOP and ERP, VDT has proceeded the five QC processes of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) from designing and developing, raw material control, production process to delivery inspection.
VTS is equip with all kinds of advanced equipment for ROSH x-ray, Optical checking, Auto cable tasing, low and high temperature chamber, vibration testing, salt spray test, cable bending testing, water pressure testing, aging facility and ESD proaction system. In the next step VDT is plan to setup video automotive grade testing laboratory to provide professional OE quality products.
With wide contact with all kinds of reputable approval company, VDT products have covered all kinds of export products certification, including CE, FCC, IP69K, RoHS, E-MARK, SAE, C-TICK, MIC and R&TTE etc.
